1. Bring chickpeas and water to a boil in small saucepan over medium heat. Add Heinz Carrots Jar and Heinz Sweet Potato Jar. Stir to combine and until heated through, about 2 minutes.
2. Puree using a hand blender until smooth, about 1 minute.
3. Check temperature before serving.
4. Serve portion in a bowl and refrigerate remainder for another meal.
