Understanding the Stages of Feeding Development
As your baby grows and develops, nutritional requirements change and so do preferences for a variety of tastes and textures. At around six months, it is best to start with single ingredient foods and simple textures. As your baby matures, the introduction of more complex tastes and textures, as well as combinations of ingredients, supports your baby’s physical development and adds variety to their diet.
