Feeding Tips
- Toddlers tend to be less interested in food than before, as they discover the rest of the world and grow more slowly
- Over a full week, your toddler's menu should have a balance of the four basic food groups
- Continue to encourage you child to experience and enjoy a wide variety of foods
- Likes and dislikes will change quickly
- Include your toddler at the table during family mealtime, as they enjoy being part of the family
- Make sure your child has a good source of iron such as Heinz iron-fortified Nutrios cereal
