1. Heat oil in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add thyme and cook for 1 minute. Add half the potatoes, Heinz Butternut Squash and Heinz Carrots Jars, stirring to combine. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes, or until heated through.
2. Transfer into blender and puree until smooth. Stir in remaining potatoes and cool slightly before serving.
3. Check temperature before serving.
4. Serve portion in a bowl and refrigerate remainder for another meal.
