Ingredients
1 tsp (5 mL) olive oil
 2 tsp (10 mL) chopped green onion (white and light green parts only)
1/4 cup (60 mL) frozen green peas, thawed
Pinch mild curry powder
1/4 cup (60 mL) water
Method
1.  Heat oil in a small pot over medium heat. Add green onion, peas and curry powder and cook until soft, about 3 to 5 minutes. 
2. Add Heinz Vegetable and Chicken JarHeinz Mixed Vegetable Jar and water. Stir to combine, and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes, or until slightly thickened. 
3. Check temperature before serving. 
4. Serve portion in a bowl and refrigerate remainder for another meal.
